About Your New Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Architect to join our team of professionals. As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept through to completion.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion.
2. Work directly with design team members to provide a holistic and sustainable vision for all projects.
3. Ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of design, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
4. Be involved in client meetings, project planning, and coordination with other consultants and stakeholders.
5. Prepare and present design proposals, detailed drawings, and specifications.
6. Oversee the construction process to ensure that the design intent is maintained and that projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure that our studio remains at the forefront of architectural design.
The Skills You Need
* A relevant qualification in architecture.
* Experience in large residential projects preferred.
* Registration with the RIAI.
* Site experience is essential.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and autonomously.
* Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction and technical design skills.
* Full working proficiency in Revit.
* Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations.
* Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects.
