Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, coach and elevate a team ensuring high performance across customer engagement, account planning, and commercial delivery.
Build a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Develop talent within the team — succession planning, capability uplift and performance management.
Strategic Customer Management
Own relationships across a portfolio
Shape and execute customer strategies that increase retention, expand wallet‑share, and strengthen long‑term partnerships.
Engage directly with senior client stakeholders (up to C‑Suite) to influence strategic direction and drive growth.
Commercial Growth & Performance
Deliver and exceed revenue, margin and customer growth targets across the strategic accounts portfolio.
Identify expansion, renewal, cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across network, cloud, ICT, managed services and digital solutions.
Oversee quarterly business reviews, commercial negotiations and renewal cycles.
Drive forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline and strategic deal qualification.
Operational Excellence
Implement strong governance across account plans, customer health, risk management and service delivery alignment.
Partner with commercial, product, pricing, finance and service teams to support customer success and resolve escalations.
Champion best‑in‑class customer experience, ensuring operational performance aligns with strategic customer outcomes.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
Work closely with senior leadership to evolve account strategy, contribute to go‑to‑market planning and influence enterprise‑wide customer initiatives.
Drive collaboration between sales, service, operations and product teams to ensure seamless delivery for strategic accounts.
About You
10+ years experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales or customer leadership, ideally within telecoms, ICT, SaaS, cloud or related industries.
Proven track record leading and developing high‑performing account teams.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large enterprise portfolios.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
Strategic thinker who can translate customer needs into long‑term commercial value.
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
