Job Title: Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist
This is a full-time position responsible for managing all aspects of recruitment, including sourcing, qualifying candidates, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Schedule and conduct interviews to optimize recruitment efficiency.
* Manage job postings across various advertising platforms and talent pipelines.
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business objectives.
* Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and application status.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone queries and in-person interactions.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
* Perform general administrative tasks as required.
* Assist with ad-hoc duties to ensure seamless operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
