Customer Success Manager – Fundraising Support & Growth
About the Role
The Customer Success Manager will support and grow a network of fundraising organisations across Ireland. The role focuses on helping charities, schools, clubs, and community groups raise funds and build strong supporter communities using a dedicated fundraising platform.
This individual will work closely with fundraising teams to ensure they have the guidance, resources, and support needed to succeed, while maintaining strong relationships and helping organisations achieve growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support & Engage Fundraising Teams
Build and maintain strong relationships with fundraising organisationsMotivate and energise fundraising teams to achieve their goals
Monitor Fundraising Performance
Analyse weekly fundraising resultsIdentify trends and provide advice to increase supporter engagement and retention
Help Fundraisers Grow
Assist with the launch and promotion of fundraising initiativesDevelop and manage projects to attract new supporters and retain existing onesProvide guidance, templates, promotional materials, and website updates
Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentationPrepare reports and communications for fundraising organisationsRespond to customer queries professionally and promptly
Events & Exhibitions
Attend events and exhibitions as requiredSet up and manage exhibition standsEngage with current and potential fundraising organisations to demonstrate platform benefits
Essential Requirements
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a teamHighly customer‑focused with excellent interpersonal skillsStrong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and listening)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strong data management and analysis skillsPositive, proactive, and a creative problem solverExcellent attention to detail and accuracyFull Irish driving licence and access to own car
