We are currently recruiting for a highly organized and motivated Project Site Administrator to join a growing construction team based in Cork.
Responsibilities
Deliver comprehensive administrative assistance to site managers and project personnel
Maintain up-to-date site documents, logs, and daily activity records
Support procurement activities, including placing orders and monitoring material deliveries
Arrange concrete cube sampling, testing schedules, and compilation of test reports
Organise site meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and handle general correspondence
Ensure all administrative processes align with company standards and procedures
Assist with preparation and upkeep of Health & Safety files, registers, and compliance reporting
Requirements
2–5 years' experience in an administrative role within construction, engineering, or a similar technical environment
Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication abilities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using document control systems
Capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively to the wider team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Pay: €29,050.60-€46,894.66 per year
