We are seeking a skilled and experienced Property Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a residential portfolio:This involves coordinating with landlords, tenants, and external contractors to ensure smooth property transactions.
* Servicing leases: This includes renewals, RTB registrations, rent reviews, and changeovers ensuring compliance with Irish tenancy legislation.
* Rental viewings: You will conduct rental property viewings in conjunction with sales activity as required by business demands.
* Maintenance coordination: This task requires working closely with maintenance teams or contractors to resolve issues efficiently.
