Digital Marketing Specialist - Customer Experience
This is a unique opportunity to join a hybrid team as a Digital Marketing Specialist - Customer Experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in statistical concepts related to website testing, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
The successful candidate will develop and adjust personalization campaigns using Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager, aligned with digital programs, product launches, and promotions.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and adjust personalization campaigns using Adobe Target and Adobe Experience Manager.
* Drive program growth by integrating internal and external data sources into Adobe.
* Lead research to prioritize website testing, personalization, and usability enhancements.
* Create and manage testing plans, including design mock-ups and recommendations for copy, images, and layouts.
* Perform QA, engage the team for testing, and track results to provide monthly updates to stakeholders.
* Maintain a repository of test hypotheses, results, and insights, along with a best practices playbook for campaign optimization.
Requirements:
* Experience with statistical concepts related to website testing.
* General knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
* Familiarity with quantitative and qualitative research practices.
