We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and payable functions, processing weekly and monthly payroll, and reconciling time and attendance records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the finance function by performing accounts receivable and payable duties
* Process weekly and monthly payroll, including generating reports
* Monitor and reconcile time and attendance records
* Prepare payroll journal entries and address queries via email, phone, and in person
* Process and reconcile invoices, ensuring accuracy of reports
About You:
* 2 years experience as an Accounting Assistant or Payroll specialist
* Working knowledge of HMRC UK payroll regulations
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
