About The Role
Castle Group is seeking a skilled Senior Project Manager with experience in fit-out construction to lead and deliver complex projects from inception to completion.
This senior, client-facing role requires a results-driven professional with proven ownership of the entire project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, from mobilisation to handover.
Act as the primary client contact, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure programme, quality, and budget targets are met.
Drive site safety, ensuring full compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment across all project stages.
Monitor progress and risk, delivering clear reporting to senior management.
Uphold Castle Group's high standards of delivery, professionalism, and communication on every project.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: 5+ years in construction, specialising in project management and fit-out/interiors, with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling tools (MS Project or similar), and CDE systems (Procore, BIM 360, or similar).
Skills: Excellent numeracy, report writing, and stakeholder management.
Solutions-oriented with a strong understanding of commercial realities.
Other Requirements: Valid driver's licence and eligibility to work without visa sponsorship.
