Project Leader & Innovation Strategist
About the Opportunity:
As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee cross-functional teams to deliver innovative medical devices from concept to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with senior managers to develop and execute project plans that meet or exceed customer expectations.
* Develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing processes aligned with lean principles and design for manufacturability (DFM) guidelines.
* Mentor junior staff members in product development process overview, best practices, and professional growth.
* Facilitate brainstorming sessions and troubleshoot challenges to drive project advancement.
* Participate in project reviews and contribute to design optimization to support successful product launches.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, polymer engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience in the medical device industry or equivalent.
* Demonstrated expertise in delivering medical devices from concept to market launch.
