OverviewSite Administrator (Construction)€30K – €35k DOECork CityJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to manage administrative and operational tasks on behalf of a leading construction contractor in Cork. The ideal candidate will have experience with document control, site administration, and supporting day-to-day site activities.This is a contract position with 12 – 18 months work available.This is a full time site based role and hybrid work is not available.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the operations teamCoordinating and managing project communications.Assisting with document control.Assisting with quality and safety audits.Ordering material to ensure the site team had what they needed to proceed with the works.Support management with general office administration as required.Required Qualifications & ExperienceOn-Site Administration experience / Familiar with construction documentation beneficial but not essential.Strong organisational skills. Ability to manage and maintain records, documents, and schedules accurately, ensuring smooth daily site operations.Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams, contractors, and clients, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Full working rights for Ireland.
