What You’ll Do
* As a Commercial Contract Manager at Vodafone, you’ll be the driving force behind the commercial performance and governance of our strategic vendor relationships.
* You’ll lead the charge in reinstating and managing governance forums, ensuring that performance reviews and contractual compliance are front and centre.
* Your role will be pivotal in tracking KPIs and SLAs, investigating underperformance, and securing service credits where needed—all while continuously improving how we measure success

Who We Are Looking For
* Strong business partnering skills with the ability to build and sustain stakeholder relationships
* Proven project management experience, from concept to delivery
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in operational supply chain functions
* Skilled in contract negotiation and execution
* Excellent analytical and numerical skills, with a sharp eye for data insights
* Energetic and innovative approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
* Comfortable with change and confident in challenging the status quo
* Collaborative mindset with a passion for cross-functional working
* Strategic thinker who understands organisational structures and decision-making impact
* Ability to use data to influence business strategy and optimise demand
* Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new systems
* Commercially astute with a strong grasp of legal and ethical contract frameworks
* Solid category management skills with market awareness and strategic foresight
