Gathering event details from our venue teams, including schedules, layouts, and guest information, is a key responsibility of this position. Confirming hospitality areas, capacities, and setup requirements prior to each event is also crucial. To ensure seamless coordination, we require the ability to create clear event briefs that align all departments.
Key Responsibilities
* Gather key event details from venue teams
* Confirm hospitality areas, capacities, and setup requirements

* Work with culinary teams to confirm menus and updates
* Coordinate internal food & beverage bookings for non-race day meetings and events
* Manage communication between hospitality and operations teams
Requirements

* Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word) and shared systems
* Own transport required
