We are seeking an experienced Parts Coordinator to join our team in Limerick. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock deliveries, storing stock items in the correct location and providing accurate parts to internal and external customers.
The Role:

* Accept and verify stock deliveries,">
* Store stock items in the correct location,">
* Provide the correct part for internal and external customers,">
* Order stock from suppliers,">
* Maintain accurate sales and returns documentation,">
* Handle all returns, discounts, cash, and credit transactions in accordance with company policy,">
* Maintain update stock listings and parts catalogues,">
* Liaise with Parts Manager regularly on stock movements and sales activity,">
* Assist with marketing initiatives including merchandising displays and special promotions etc,">
* Operate at all times in accordance with company security policy,">
* Advise, guide and train junior parts staff where necessary,">
* Liaise with Parts Manager, Service Staff, Sales Staff and Accounts/Administration Staff,">
* Maximise profitability on all transactions,">
* Maintain optimum level of stocking,">
* All records are completed accurately and timely,">
* Orders are placed on a timely basis,">
* Deliveries are dealt with speedily,">
* Customers, telephone calls and other staff members are dealt with speedily and courteously,">
Skills & Qualifications:

* Prior experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous,">
* Strong initiative-taking professional with excellent customer service skills,">
* Team player with strong interpersonal, written and communication skills,">

* This is a permanent role with salary depending on candidate skills and experience but expected base salary of up to €28K - €32K per annum,">
