The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all clinical care meets regulatory requirements, HIQA standards, and company quality systems. They will oversee person-centred care planning and continuously monitor clinical practice through regular audits and follow-up actions. The role also involves leading staff induction, ongoing training, promoting innovative and best-practice care approaches.
* Manage administrative functions when required, including financial procedures,
* resident funding records,
* overall budget oversight,
* Maintain compliance with legislative requirements relating to financial management for residents with impaired capacity,
* Hold regular communication meetings,
* foster strong community links,
