Facilities Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Facilities Coordinator to assist in the efficient day-to-day management of one or more client sites. This role involves overseeing both scheduled and reactive maintenance activities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring all work aligns with agreed service levels and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities management-related enquiries from clients and internal teams.
* Coordinate and track Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks using CAFM systems.
* Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to arrange site access, secure permits, and ensure timely completion of works.
* Keep detailed records of completed tasks, quotations, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
* Compile and deliver client reports, service logs, and updates for business reviews.
* Monitor outstanding work orders and escalate overdue or high-priority issues as necessary.
* Assist in sourcing and procuring parts, materials, and subcontracted services.
* Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and operational procedures.
