Key Responsibilities
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration processes
* Manage and update HRIS systems
* Coordinate employee events and internal communications
* Assist in talent development and early careers programs
* Help review HR policies and respond to employee queries
* Provide day-to-day support on a wide range of HR projects
Requirements
* HR or related degree / CIPD (or working towards it)
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with systems and Microsoft Office tools
* Creative, proactive, and a team player with a can-do attitude
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
