The successful Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and evaluating opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, build on current product offerings, and create additional value for the customer base.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic sourcing of products and global procurement
* Negotiate pricing, deals, contracts, and delivery schedules with suppliers
* Identify, evaluate, and capitalize on opportunities to reduce sourcing costs, build on current product offerings, and create additional value for the customer base
* Conduct regular market and spend analysis to drive cost savings and supplier improvements
* Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality, cost-effective solutions
* Partner with key internal stakeholders to develop business and maximize opportunities
* Manage tender enquiries and negotiation of contracts
Skills and Qualifications
A minimum qualification or relevant industry-related experience is required. A background in supply chain or sourcing is preferred.

* Proven track record of supplier evaluation, negotiation, and selection
* Strong organizational and administration skills
* Ability to absorb technical information of products
* Excellent negotiation and decision-making skills
* Good computer skills (MS Office)
* SAP ERP experience is highly desirable
* Flexible and proactive attitude with an ability to think strategically
* Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
