Receptionist (3-month contract)
Location: Galway City Centre
About Your New Job
Coordinate front desk activities and the efficient management of incoming calls & emails including taking accurate notes
Greet and welcome visitors / clients to the office
Maintenance of the reception area and meeting rooms
Monitor staff movements in and out of the office
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
Management & Distribution of incoming post and other deliveries
Management of outgoing post, parcels and other items (incl. Couriers)
What Skills You Need
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to handle phone and email queries effectively.
Attention to Detail: Essential for managing and sorting documentation accurately.
Adaptability: Willingness to transition from phone/email support to more administrative tasks as needed.
What's on Offer
Hours:
Consistent hours from 6:45 AM to 5 PM, with a lunch break from 1 PM to 2 PM.
