FENIX is looking to hire a
Chief of Staff, Growth
. In this role, you will work closely with the VP of Growth & Strategy and senior leaders across the FENIX team, including Revenue Center Owners and Account Leads, to help align priorities, execute strategic initiatives, and accelerate revenue growth through Marketing and Business Development, helping shape FENIX's growth roadmap and enabling the organization to deliver measurable results.
Responsibilities
* Partner with the VP of Growth & Strategy to advance FENIX's growth and strategy agenda
* Collaborate with senior Consulting leaders to align strategic priorities and drive cross-functional execution
* Lead or support strategic initiatives that span Marketing, Business Development, and revenue acceleration
* Translate high-level strategies into actionable plans, ensuring clear accountability and progress tracking
* Prepare executive-level communications, presentations, and decision-ready materials
* Serve as a trusted advisor, sounding board, and problem‑solver for the VP of Growth & Strategy
* Manage multiple high-priority workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
* Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (fluent or Level C2 Certificate)
REQUIRED
* EU citizenship or the ability to legally live/work in the EU without the need for sponsorship
REQUIRED
* Ability and willingness to travel to conferences for Business Development and attend client meetings as needed
REQUIRED
* Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
REQUIRED
* Background in life sciences or consulting
PREFERRED
* 4-6 years of experience in strategy, marketing, and cross-functional project execution
PREFERRED
* 4-6 years of experience driving or supporting revenue growth initiatives
PREFERRED
* Demonstrated ability to work directly with senior leadership and influence across an organization
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, actionable insights
* Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
