Abrivia are currently recruiting for a Specialised Broker Support professional to join our client, a leading specialised insurance and reinsurance broker. This role is suited to candidates with at least 12–24 months’ experience in a corporate insurance environment, either within an insurer or a large broker.
Your Role
Provide end-to-end support to broking teams managing complex and specialised (re)insurance placements.
Prepare, review and quality-check market documentation including slips, endorsements and contract wording.
Coordinate with underwriters and brokers to secure placement and resolve any processing queries.
Maintain and update client programmes and risk information accurately on internal systems.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external markets.
Contribute to process improvements and take part in project work when required.
Your Skills
Previous experience in a corporate insurance or large broking environment.
Understanding of insurance operations and placement processes.
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with strong attention to detail.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
