Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong working relationships across internal teams to ensure high service levels for customers of Accounts Payable.
Drive GRNI process improvements using 9-step problem-solving methodology.
Produce reports and data analytics for weekly AP team GEMBA sessions.
Ensure accounts payable activity complies with internal controls and SOX requirements.
Manage escalations effectively to uphold strong customer and stakeholder service levels.
Support and coordinate AP projects, including migrations to centralised services, R12 Go Lives and E-Invoicing in EMEA.
Lead and manage the GNRI team in alignment with PDC guidelines, including goal setting and development support.
Lead Audit requests from PWC / TCS.
Lead GRNI and dispute resolution: manage ARC's reconciliations and metrics for EMEA.
Drive process improvements for GRNI through 9-step MDI problem-solving tools.
Coordinate TCS third-party support for outsourced services (settlements, logistics, Coupa, invoice processing, dispute resolution).
Manage audit coordination and compliance tasks.
Provide additional tasks at the request of the AP Leader.
Qualifications
Minimum three years relevant experience in a multinational Accounts Payable organization.
Experience with Oracle R12 and reconciliations (supplier and B/S).
MDI and metric management for performance.
Strong business partnering ability and proven record of supporting stakeholders.
Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.
Strong problem-solving mindset and continuous improvement focus.
Metric-driven approach to performance.
High level of professionalism and service orientation.
Sound financial judgment in decision making.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Effective team player and inspirational leader.
Proficient in Oracle R12 and BI reporting.
Intermediate Excel skills (advanced desired).
Proficient in TAP and Tableau.
English language skills (any other European language desirable).
Degree/Diploma in a financial field or qualified/part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/CPA).
