Your new role includes:
* Overseeing the movement, storage, and dispatch of finished products in line with operational demands.
* Leading, motivating, and managing the warehouse team to ensure high levels of efficiency and accuracy.
* Ensuring all products are properly labelled, documented, palletised, and presented to meet delivery preparation standards.
* Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently while adhering to company procedures.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as: Product movements, Damages and On-time dispatch performance
Experience you need:
* Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar logistics role in the hardware or building materials industry
* Strong understanding of stock control, inventory systems, and warehouse best practices
* Excellent leadership and people management skills
* Familiarity with loading/unloading procedures, pallet handling, and transport coordination
* Good understanding of KPI monitoring and reporting
* Strong IT skills (e.g., WMS, Excel, ERP systems)
