We are looking to hire a Hotel Receptionist, with at least one years Hospitality experience to join our experienced team here at the 4 * Kiltimagh Park Hotel
Candidate must be available for the full year.
Overview of the role:
* Full time position.
* Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday mostly evenings including weekends but will include some early morning AM shifts
* Checking in/out guests.
* Room billing and charges.
* Daily lodgements.
* Credit card balancing.
* Room allocations.
* Manning the switchboard.
* Guest Reservation bookings.
* Most importantly guest care and ensuring their needs are looked after during their stay.
* Ensuring all departments have up to date knowledge.
Candidate must have:
* Must be guest focused and friendly.
* Works well as part of a team
* Must be well organised and be able to deal with the demands of a busy reception desk.
* Have previous experience, within the hotel industry.
* Familiarisation with PMS front office systems, Windows, Excel, Outlook.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
