Parker Stewart are working with a well known Public, Civil Engineering, Building & Private specialist contractor to hire a Project Manager.
This position will primarily be onsite at Cork/Limerick locations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site operations to ensure works are carried out safely, on schedule, and to the required standards
Carry out site setting out, leveling, and surveying in accordance with design drawings and project specifications
Ensure compliance with Irish building regulations, health & safety legislation, and company quality procedures
Liaise with the design team, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to resolve technical and site issues
Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, as-built surveys, material quantities, and QA documentation
Experience & Qualifications Required
Minimum 5 years of civil site engineering experience within the construction industry
Strong technical knowledge of civil works including drainage, earthworks, concrete, and utilities
Full, clean Irish or EU driving licence and flexibility to work on various project sites nationwide
Proven track record delivering projects in at least two of the following sectors: public, civil engineering, building, or private/residential
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or equivalent experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
