Our platform automates the collection, distribution, and reporting of tips and service charges, reducing payroll tax liabilities, ensuring legal compliance, and helping improve staff retention.With 380% YoY growth, we already support over 13,000 staff across more than 650 businesses and are integrating into payment systems through our partners. We are targeting a £63BN tipping economy that is quickly being reshaped by regulation and digital payments. Now, we are seeking a high-impact BDR to join us in London and help accelerate our growth across the UK and Europe.The RoleAs a BDR, you'll be at the front line of our growth.
