* Coach and mentor senior leaders within functional groups.
* Collaborate with leaders to develop and monitor career path plans for employees, including compensation plans and performance goals.
* Support leadership in building open communication and feedback cultures, ensuring it cascades through all business levels.
* Build relationships, advise, and coach employees and leadership on HR practices.
* Proactively diagnose and develop solutions to organizational challenges within designated business groups.
* Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, maintain records of investigations, and advise stakeholders on case progression.
