**Sales Administrator

We are seeking a full-time permanent sales administrator with responsibility for day to day administrative tasks surrounding the high volume sales, orders and vehicle registrations. The role is based in our Sandyford Business District offices in Dublin 18. We are close to the Green Luas line and on a range of bus routes.
The role
* You will be working with a great team of skilled motor industry professionals across a range of vehicle brands in our dealerships
* You will be reporting into the Head of the Dealership
* You will perform a key role in the sales process with daily interactions with the sales and finance teams
* The main administrative tasks in the role include but are not limited to:
* Processing purchase invoices from Importers using Keyloop system, Processing order forms for new and used vehicles, sublet invoices
* Maintaining accurate records of vehicles transactions and customer details
* Applying for SEAI grants for Electric vehicles
* Applying for manufacturers discounts on vehicles
* Invoicing vehicles
* Liaising with sales and after-sales team regarding repairs needed on vehicles
* Setting up vehicles with warranty, liaising with importers in relation to payments on vehicles
Skills and experience:
•3+ years' administration experience working in the in a busy customer focussed automotive environment
•Experience with Dealer Management Systems / Kerridge / Keyloop / Autoview a distinct advantage
•Good commercial awareness coupled to a good understanding of the automotive environment
•High level of computer literacy, MS Excel, Outlook, Word
•Strong communication skills with a high level of enthusiasm, drive and energy to interface with teams, managers and other departments to build relationships
•Experience of working with processes, procedures and reporting
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
•Multi-brand experience whilst not essential will be beneficial
•Fluent written and spoken English essential
