KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Team leadership and development
2. Oversee office administration and ensure smooth daily operations
3. Conduct quality assurance on paperwork and KYC documentation
4. Ensure GDPRpliance for all back-office data handling
5. Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other internal departments
6. Analyse data to support departmental and business-wide decisions
7. Provide regular management reporting and insights
8. Problem solving and merchant support
Requirements
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
9. Bachelor degree in Faculty of Economics, Business Administration, Organizational Sciences, Economics, Law or similar
10. 5+ years of experience in team leading
11. Experience in a sales support, administrative or back-office role
12. Fluency in English, both verbal and written
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
14. Legal right to work in Ireland
15. Solution-oriented
16. Excellentmunication skills
17. Well organised and skilled in multitasking
