Main Tasks & responsibilities
* Greeting guests like a pro and making killer first impressions.
* Zipping through check-ins and check-outs with style and speed.
* Dropping local tips, solving hiccups, and keeping the good vibes flowing.
* Handling payments and guest accounts like a boss.
* Keeping the front desk scene fresh, tidy, and ready for action.
* Helping the crew in the service of Food and Beverage as required
* Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
* Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
* Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
We're looking for someone with Moxie, which is all of these things:

* Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
* Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service
* Know being relaxed isn't the same as being lazy
* Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus)
Useful Experience
* Experience within the service industry in a Front Office role
* Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
* Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
* Personal experience of travel and travel industry
