Our client, a highly regarded property firm, is seeking a Lettings Manager to oversee tenant management and lettings at a marquee development based in Dublin 8. This position allows you to work with a large institutional landlord within the PRS) market, utilising and further developing your expertise in a supportive and professional setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist the line manager with significant client projects and accounts.
* Oversee and track the forthcoming availability of properties.
* Conduct property viewings and tours.
* Compile inventories, photographs, and condition reports.
* Perform reference checks and draft lease agreements.
* Register tenants with the Residential Tenancies Board (RTB).
* Create budgets and manage tenant expectations effectively.
* Address day-to-day tenant and contract management needs.
* Monitor rental payments and handle arrears following RTB regulations.
* Oversee contract renewals and issue necessary notifications.
* Execute property inspections and professionally resolve conflict situations.
* Maintain regular communication with key clients and landlords.
* Ensure all management systems comply with up-to-date legislation.
