About the Role
As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational performance across our diverse portfolio of venues. You will lead a team of General Managers and drive commercial outcomes while championing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & Develop: Inspire, mentor, and support a team of nine General Managers across Ireland.
* Drive Performance: Manage full financial responsibilities, analyze data, and optimize revenue and cost structures.
* Ensure Consistency: Standardize operational excellence and customer experience across all venues.
* Strategic Execution: Translate company goals into location-level action plans and support implementation.
* Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with Marketing, HR, Finance, and other departments to drive initiatives.
* Set KPIs & Monitor Results: Define key success metrics, conduct performance reviews, and provide clear feedback.
* Lead Projects: Oversee national projects such as refurbishments, tech rollouts, and new site openings.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 5+ years' experience in multi-site operations within retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar sectors.
* Proven ability to lead managers, deliver financial results, and scale best practices across locations.
* Strong command of financial planning, KPI dashboards, budgeting, and commercial analysis.
* Full Irish driving license and willingness to travel nationwide as required.
