Data Centre Project Lead Position
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Centre Project Lead to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of data centre projects from inception to completion.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Assessing project progress and ensuring safe work practices on-site
* Coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors to manage snagging activities and schedules
* Identifying and resolving issues proactively in collaboration with the project team
* Implementing and monitoring key project processes to improve efficiency and quality
* Leading and attending critical meetings to monitor progress, resolve problems, and communicate impacts to stakeholders
Key Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Extensive experience in project managing data centre projects
* Project management certification or working towards one (we can support your development)
* Degree or equivalent experience in a project management or construction discipline
* Detailed understanding of project procedures and ability to implement them effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
