Site Foreman – Water Infrastructure Projects (Dublin)
A Site Foreman is required to lead and coordinate on-site teams for major water infrastructure projects in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced foreman to join high-profile water projects supporting Ireland's water and wastewater infrastructure development objectives.
The successful Site Foreman will play a key role in supervising construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and standards.
Duties
* Lead, supervise, and coordinate on-site construction teams and subcontractors.
* Ensure daily site operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
* Monitor progress and report on work completed, highlighting any issues or delays.
* Ensure works are in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Maintain site safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
* Liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues.
* Mentor and support junior operatives and labor teams.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Foreman on water, wastewater, or civil infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment works.
* Proven ability to manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
* Strong focus on health & safety compliance and quality standards.
* Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
Salary & Benefits
* €70k–€80k, depending on experience.
