Our ideal candidate will provide the highest level of service to all customers they interact with in person or via email/ phone.In addition to an enthusiasm for pipes, tobacco, and customer interaction, we are looking for someone who has a keen eye for merchandising, a good head for numbers, and who is computer-literate.Key Skills:Previous customer service or retail sales experience- 1-3 years of premium retail sales experienceCash Handling and Visual MerchandisingProficiency on the internet and in a Windows-based environmentAbility to work with employees at all levels in the organizationStrong organizational, communications, and time-management skillsExperience with pipes or tobacco (pipe tobacco and cigars) or a strong affinity to pipes is a plus, but not a barrier to application.Hygiene, Health and Safety awareness.Pay: €14.50 per hourExpected hours: 39 per weekBenefits:Bike to work schemeCompany pensionEmployee discountStore discountWork Location: In person
