Key Responsibilities: Advising on a broad range of construction-related matters across transactional, advisory, and contentious workstreams Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction agreements, including building and engineering contracts, development agreements, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related documentation Providing practical legal advice on contract interpretation, claims, health and safety obligations, and building regulations Representing clients in dispute resolution processes such as adjudication, conciliation, mediation, and arbitration Building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services as part of a collaborative team Staying informed on developments in construction and infrastructure law and attending relevant industry events and seminars Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and the development of legal precedents The Ideal Candidate Will Have: 0-1 years' post-qualification experience, with a genuine interest in construction law, infrastructure, and development projects (prior experience in construction law is desirable but not essential) Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills Exceptional communication and organisational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities Commercial acumen and a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset A proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to legal problem-solving Skills: Construction Commercial Contract Management Contentious
