IT Service Management Specialist
We are seeking an IT Service Management Specialist to support the maturation of IT service management within aligned customer groups, in line with IT strategic direction.
* Assure delivery towards assigned business areas, working closely with customer groups and teams to ensure project progress, quality, and budget alignment across relevant deliverables.
* Oversee onboarding of aligned customer groups to IT services, ensuring changes to customer operations are understood and onboarding projects are scoped and delivered to support wider IT strategy.
* Build strong business relationships through leadership of governance meetings.
* Act as initial contact point for business needs, evaluating feasibility of potential projects in coordination with relevant customers.
* Provide ITSM consulting expertise towards relevant business areas.
* Lead solution visioning sessions, including requirement gathering and rationalization.
* Support understanding and alignment of standard operating processes across relevant customers.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information technology discipline.
* 7+ years of experience within IT, ITIL, and service management.
* 3+ years of experience within pharma/life science industry (preferable).
* 5+ years demonstrated experience managing IT services or delivering IT service improvement initiatives.
