Finishing Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to manage the day-to-day finishing works of a large apartment site in the city centre, reporting to the Site Manager. Our client is one of the leading developers in Leinster, a highly reputable company that has been in business for circa 40 years.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensuring work is carried out in accordance with the specification and programme.
2. Coordinating and managing subcontractors.
3. Ensuring work is carried out safely.
4. Attending weekly management team meetings.
5. Maintaining the site diary – recording manpower levels for each subcontractor and keeping detailed notes of all site activities.
6. Assisting with the control of plant and equipment on site.
7. Ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards.
