Job Description
Claims Handler (Remote, Ireland) – Salary: up to €32,000. This highly successful underwriter are hiring a customer-focused individual to manage motor claims from first notification through to resolution, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls and emails professionally.
Assess and process claims in line with policy terms.
Communicate claim decisions clearly (verbal & written).
Provide advice on policy coverage.
Manage claims through to completion with regular follow-up.
Liaise with internal teams and external providers.
Work to KPIs and maintain accurate records.
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years' Motor Insurance experience.
APA, or full CIP.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to make decisions under pressure.
Proactive and detail-oriented.
Team player, comfortable working remotely.
