Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Wind Turbine Technician located in Buncrana. The technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wind turbines. Daily tasks include inspecting and troubleshooting turbine systems, ensuring safe operation, and performing maintenance and repair activities at heights. The role also involves contributing to efficient power generation and sustaining optimal operation of wind energy systems.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Working at Height and a strong understanding of safety procedures
* Experience and knowledge in Wind Energy, including offshore wind operations
* Skilled in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for technical issues
* Familiarity with Power Generation systems and their maintenance
* Strong teamwork and communication abilities
* Relevant certifications or training for wind turbine maintenance are a plus
* A flexible and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to adapt to diverse environments
