Fexco Managed Services are currently recruiting a Programme Executive to join their SEAI (Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland) team on a fixed term contract to cover a maternity leave.
This role is offered on a fully remote or Hybrid module in one of the SEAI offices (Dublin, Dundalk, Cork or Sligo).
Job Function This fixed term position will play a key role in the Technical Department.
As Programme Executive you will work with the EPBD Building Energy Rating (BER) Team on the ongoing review and development of the BER communications, business processes and administrative tasks to achieve programme objectives.
Key Responsibilities Support the ongoing management of BER Operations.Develop, review and maintain standard documents and communicationsincluding website content, and regular updates to stakeholders.Develop and maintain programme process documentation.Support the Building Energy Rating Programme's engagement with a range of internal and external stakeholders, working with BER Assessors and other key stakeholders to drive the reach and impact of the programme.Provide input to and action output from the Voice of Customer (VOC) process to improve overall programme experience.Support the planning and implementation of marketing and promotion campaigns to drive programme awareness and uptake across target audiences.Conduct ongoing organisational tasks including, handling programme enquiries and general programme administration and requests for data.Any other duties as assigned from time to time.Key Skills Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills, including ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.Well-developed IT skillsWell-developed negotiation and influencing skills.A capacity to foster a positive working relationship with colleagues and external stakeholders; to work in multi-disciplinary teams and to network effectively.Strong analytical skills and an innovative, flexible approach to problem-solving focusing on the need for greater efficiency and effective deliveryStrong proactive approach to achieving results, including managing scope, time, cost and quality.Strong project management and organisation skills and knowledge of business process management.
Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlinesAbility to think strategically.Essential: Degree qualification or equivalent in business or communications, or similar professional discipline deemed relevant by SEAI to the post as advertised.Minimum of five years' relevant post-qualification experience with a strong track record of working with customers and colleagues to deliver programme objectivesExperience in reviewing, updating and developing website content and written communications.Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team and managing projects involving a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.Understanding of data protection regulationsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsAdvantageous Qualifications or experience as a Building Energy Rating Assessor is advantageous.Knowledge of legislation governing Building Energy RatingUnderstanding of project management methodologies is advantageous.
