This is a strategic, client-facing role where you’ll own delivery from concept to completion—working with cutting-edge technologies and leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
About the Role
As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of delivering complex IT and telecoms projects across a national portfolio. From network rollouts and cloud migrations to managed service onboarding, you’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations.
You’ll collaborate closely with engineering teams, senior stakeholders, and external partners, while driving best-in-class project governance and delivery excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing
End-to-End Project Delivery
Lead complex IT, networking, and telecoms projects from initiation through to completion
Deliver LAN/WAN deployments, cloud migrations, security solutions, and managed services
Define scope, timelines, and technical requirements with engineering teams
Ensure delivery aligns with SLAs, budgets, and contractual commitments
Client & Stakeholder Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and key stakeholders
Build trusted relationships with decision-makers
Lead project updates, steering committees, and service reviews
Manage expectations and resolve escalations effectively
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Apply structured methodologies (Agile, PRINCE2, ITIL) to ensure robust delivery
Proactively identify and mitigate technical and operational risks
Ensure compliance with security standards and data protection requirements
Commercial & Financial Oversight
Own project budgets, forecasting, and cost control
Monitor profitability and commercial performance
Support pre-sales activities including scoping and estimation
Manage vendors, contracts, and third-party deliverables
Service Transition & Delivery Integration
Lead seamless transition of projects into managed services
Ensure SLAs, documentation, and support models are in place
Collaborate with NOC and Service Desk teams for operational readiness
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams and junior PMs
Foster a high-performance, collaborative delivery culture
Drive continuous improvement and best practice adoption
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience delivering complex IT / networking / telecoms projects
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud, and managed services environments
Experience working with enterprise clients and multi-vendor ecosystems
Solid understanding of project methodologies (PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Commercial awareness with budget and cost management experience
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong leadership capability

Morning:
Review project dashboards, risks, and SLA performance
Update plans, RAID logs, and stakeholder reports
Align with engineering and delivery teams
Afternoon:
Client meetings, project reviews, and vendor calls
Manage escalations and critical delivery items
Drive milestones, approvals, and service transitions
