Accounts Administrator Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to provide exceptional support with VAT returns, payroll, and financial records. This role will be the first point of contact for clients.
* Support senior accountants with bookkeeping, VAT returns, and accounts preparation
* Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software
* Process invoices, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
* Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
* Communicate with clients regarding queries and required documentation
* Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures
* Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
* Prepare and submit payroll information as required
* Liaise with colleagues and external stakeholders in a professional manner
* Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Prior experience in a practice environment is essential
* CPA/ACCA/ACA/AAT qualified or working towards a relevant accounting qualification
* Ability to use Microsoft productivity software such as Excel and Word
* Excellent attention to detail
