* The ability to provide exceptional customer service, resolve customer issues effectively, and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
* Capability of working independently as well as collaboratively with colleagues.
* Strong computer skills to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while working in a fast‑paced environment.
* Passion towards providing excellent customer service, maintaining the integrity of our platform, and contributing to the success of our housing agency.
* Solution‑based mindset with interest in maintenance projects.

* Professional level of English.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.

* Relevant qualifications.
* Inbound call experience preferable.
* Ideally 1–2 years of customer service/content moderation/facilities experience.
