Sanderson is partnering with a leading accountancy firm in Louth to recruit an experienced Senior Auditor for their growing audit department.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Qualified Accountant with strong auditing experience in an SME practice and a solid understanding of accounts and auditing principles.
In this role, you will lead audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant files for review and finalisation.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage audit fieldwork as the engagement team lead.
Ensure timely completion of audit files and statutory financial statements.
Maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication.
Supervise and support audit staff, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Requirements: ACCA qualification or equivalent.
Proven audit experience across multiple sectors.
Previous experience leading audit teams and engaging directly with clients.
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards.
Excellent commercial awareness, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
