Job Overview
The Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring works are carried out safely, to a high standard, on time and within expected parameters. This role involves managing all aspects of site operations, including organisational and coordination tasks, completion of administrative duties, maintenance of records and liaison with stakeholders throughout the project.
This position requires effective management of on-site activities, guaranteeing that works meet stringent safety and quality standards. The Site Manager will also be accountable for implementing company policies and ensuring adherence across the site.
Key Requirements
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential projects, with a strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and EHS standards;
* The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications;
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Document Management System.
