Overview:
To help drive forward the growth of our Fast Track Telesales Division by providing instant sales support to our customers seeking stand-alone and like-for-like replacement items.

This role supports Field Sales, Equipment Sales, and Service Engineers in closing equipment lead opportunities. The role involves providing quotes, processing orders, and delivering service to customers, requiring high accuracy and attention to detail.

The role also involves generating larger lead opportunities for Equipment Sales Specialists and closing off equipment lead opportunities from various customer touchpoints across the business.


Job Responsibilities:

* Interface with customers via inbound, outbound, video calls, and online presentations.
* Make numerous calls daily, work with channel partners, generate interest, qualify prospects, and close sales.
* Coordinate all financial aspects of equipment sales and ensure all paperwork aligns with company policies and customer requirements.
* Complete post-installation handover paperwork and ensure customers understand equipment usage.
* Achieve and surpass sales, gross profit, and lost call targets set by the Line Manager (KPIs).
* Maintain high accuracy on orders, upsell, and cross-sell using Henry Schein’s catalogue, including service contracts on certain products.
* Develop knowledge of the market and competitors, and identify company’s unique selling propositions.
* Log all customer interactions accurately in CRM, create and assign cases, tasks, and leads, and keep customer records current.
* Collaborate with the Field Team to succeed in growing accounts.
* Ensure high standards in all written and verbal communication with customers.
* Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required.
* Liaise with internal departments, field teams, manufacturers, and external agencies to gather information and enhance customer service.
* Demonstrate enthusiasm, communicate ideas effectively, and share best practices.
* This role is varied; additional duties may be assigned as needed.

* Excellent communication skills and professional writing ability.

Qualifications:

Pass the BDIA Certificate: Introduction to Dentistry.
