Job Description:
A quantity surveyor plays a pivotal role in the success of construction projects. As a quantity surveyor, you will be responsible for managing large numbers of small-scale construction projects within the Munster region.
Your primary focus will be on drafting, managing, and evaluating construction contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
You will handle post-tender contract liaison with clients and design teams, monitor project budgets and expenditures, and identify areas for cost savings and implement measures to control costs.
In addition, you will provide timely and accurate financial reports, cost forecasts, and risk assessments to project stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
Maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial to ensuring ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Degree-qualified quantity surveyor
* Minimum of 3 years' experience working with Irish or UK contractors
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the full Microsoft Office Suite
* Demonstrated loyalty in previous employment history
