We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering end-to-end HCM projects, with expertise in system configuration and stakeholder management.
**Responsibilities:
* Facilitate requirements gathering and translate complex business needs into clear solution designs.
* Build and configure core HR modules, including Core HR, organizational structures, custom workflows, and approvals.
* Lead configuration workshops and document all process designs and deployment plans.
* Migrate legacy data while ensuring 100% accuracy and integrity.

A strong understanding of functional HR processes is required for this role. Key skills include: (*1)*
Experience in delivering HCM implementations with technical expertise (*HRIS/HCM*).
