Essential Criteria include: Be registered in the General Division of the Register of Medical Practitioners maintained by the Medical Council in Ireland Knowledge and experience of GIM is Essential To demonstrate a proven interest in CPD Have a minimum of 3 years satisfactory post qualification experience in the medical profession Have up to date BLS and / or ACLS / PALS / and NEWS Possess a high a standard of professional attainment Possess the requisite knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office IELTS MRCPI / MICGP or equivalent is desirable
